The Purple Diamond Prepaid Visa Rushcard is conveniently the ideal prepaid card on which to consolidate everyday purchases or receive funds from an employer. Cardholders can use the card receive Federal and State tax refunds at no extra cost. Other ways to deposit cash into the card account include cash, check, direct deposit, PayPal, and by money order.

The card charges a $9.95 monthly maintenance fee while new cardholders are subject to a $3 activation fee. ATM transactions within and outside the US are $0.50 (for balance inquiries) and $2.50 (for cash withdrawals) respectively.

The first two domestic withdrawals per month are free.
