After application, USA Credit would debit your bank account for $19.95 every thirty (30) days in which you maintain the Elite Services, beginning as soon as thirty (30) days from today. Each debit will appear each month on your banking statement and I will deduct each amount from your bank account. You may cancel the Elite Services at any time, and may have questions on your USA Credit account answered, by contacting USA Credit member services at 1-888-834-1815 or at memberservices@usacdt.com. If You cancel your Elite Services after a monthly debit has occurred, you will cancel all subsequent debts, but will not receive a refund for the current month.
