Review

The Green Dot Gold Prepaid Card is available in one of two options depending on the card type you wish to apply for and the card you are eligible or approved for. Applicants of this card can fill out the online application with the option of applying for the Visa prepaid card or the MasterCard prepaid card.

Both cards work as debit cards; however, an amount must be loaded onto the prepaid card either through a retailer or through direct deposit. Direct deposit transactions are FREE at participating ATMS, while loading at a retailer may qualify for a maximum $4.95 fee.

Either card can be used where the card logo is accepted. If you have a prepaid Visa card, you can only make purchases at locations that accept Visa cards.
