The Discover More Card - 18 Month Promotional Balance Transfer leaves you to manage balances transferred another credit card over a 2 year period. To qualify for this offer the balance transfer must take place before the expiration of a time limited offer.

Other transfers made afterwards will be charged a variable APR rate including a 5% balance transfer fee that's applied even during the offer. Purchase transactions also benefit with a 6 month 0% intro APR. Cash advances are not included.

There is no annual fee.
